TNews, Kukar<\/strong> – Pemerintah Kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara (Kukar) mengumumkan kabar gembira bagi Tenaga Harian Lepas (THL) dengan rencana pembukaan formasi pengangkatan Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) berbasis Perjanjian Kerja (PPPK) menggunakan Computer Assisted Test (CAT). Proses ini dijadwalkan berlangsung mulai bulan Juli hingga Desember 2024.<\/p>\n

Pengumuman ini disampaikan langsung oleh Sekretaris Daerah (Sekda) Kukar Dr. Sunggono saat Apel Pagi di halaman Kantor Bupati, Tenggarong, pada Senin (29\/1\/2024).<\/p>\n

Menurut Sunggono, kebijakan ini merupakan langkah konkret pemerintah untuk menyelesaikan status THL hingga akhir tahun 2024.<\/p>\n

“Pengangkatan THL harus dilakukan, dengan tetap mengedepankan seleksi berbasis Computer Assisted Test (CAT). Kami berharap kebijakan ini tetap terjaga konsistensinya, meskipun telah diatur dalam UU ASN yang baru,” ujar Sunggono, disambut antusias oleh THL dan ASN.<\/p>\n

Sunggono menekankan pentingnya persiapan bagi para THL untuk mengikuti tes, dengan mengingatkan bahwa hanya usaha sendiri yang dapat membuahkan hasil. “Materi tes mencakup beragam kompetensi teknis, manajerial, sosial kultural, hingga wawancara yang akan dilakukan melalui komputer,” tambahnya.<\/p>\n

Data terakhir menunjukkan jumlah THL yang akan mengikuti proses seleksi sebanyak 4.326 orang, turun dari sebelumnya 6.800 THL setelah validasi ulang. “Pengurangan jumlah THL disebabkan oleh berbagai faktor, termasuk di antaranya pengangkatan, meninggal dunia, dan berhenti,” ungkap Sunggono.<\/p>\n

“Tes akan dilaksanakan tiga kali mulai bulan Juli hingga Desember, dengan pembagian menjadi tiga gelombang. Kami menunggu arahan resmi dari KemenPAN-RB. Semoga proses pengangkatan THL menjadi ASN dapat berjalan lancar,” tutup Sunggono<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
